Kml boundary contains given lat lng

i hava kmls files from different sources.. I want to know if given lat lng lies within given kml boundary. Does this library help me doing that.. or any other solution. I know we can do this using google map v3 api. But I want to implement this on server side.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Use the library to load boundries into postgis and use jts. There may be more direct solutions today but that's what we did a few years back.
