can not select pictures

I have compiled the code, it runs, but I dont know how to connect it with my integrated laptop cam, and I can not select image files, why??

Sorry, but I don't know how to help you. Can you run the GUI? 

Webcam support isn't available, but you can add it yourself following this guide: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/27070199/java-anpr-project-with-webcam-connectivity
