plate not recognized

hi, I install javaanpr on raspberry, work well with examples but not with my photo..

Is italian plate and is same as slovensko_nova in syntax.xml

report produced is:

photo was taken from webcam at 320x24 resolution, this one is just rotated some degrees..

Hi Branco,

unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to give many hints. Tweaking the input may help. As you can see, the ratio (width x height) of Italian plates seems to be different than Slovak/Czech ones. The plate was detected just fine as you can see from the report, but the characters were probably misread. You could try adjusting the aspect ratio of the whole photo so that the plates then fill the whole small picture in the report (the middle picture). Good luck and thanks for using JavaANPR!
