Hi all need help

Hi all,

I want to create the Web application like Online Music Hering. in which
my Applet is Downloaded in the client's PC and then it connects to my
Server on the net and then user can request for hering the Songs/.wav
files or any media files. but he/she can't download the files only can
hear through my applet. so how can i achive that please guide me.

at now i have developed the site in JSP,Tomcat and Oracle. now i want
to add this facility to my Portal.
