GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : About the Role

As a Lead Data Scientist, you will drive the development of advanced ML and AI solutions, from experimentation through production. You will set technical direction while ensuring models deliver measurable business impact.

 

What You ll Do

Model Development: Lead development of predictive models, NLP systems, and generative AI applications.

Experimentation: Design experiments, validate models, and implement robust evaluation frameworks.

Advanced Techniques: Apply techniques such as deep learning, transfer learning, and fine-tuning of LLMs.

Production Collaboration: Work closely with ML Engineers to deploy and monitor models.

Stakeholder Communication: Translate model outputs into actionable insights for leadership. What You ll Bring Basic

 

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in applied machine learning.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong foundation in statistics, modeling, and algorithm design.

Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).

Experience deploying models into production environments.

Leadership experience guiding teams and projects.
