Job Title: CPT/OPT Hiring Recruiter

Job Location: Miyapur, Hyderabad

Salary Package: Best in the Market (Salary Decided based on Performance and Previous Pay Structures)

Responsibilities:

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Recruit H1 B Transfers and Referrals.

·         Aggressive team player with a strong hold on technologies in the IT market.

·         2-7+ years of experience working with OPT/CPT, EAD resources.

·         Strong experience and understanding of US OPT Hiring and capable of getting experienced OPTs.

·         Strong Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT EAD, H4 EAD and TN Visa.

·         Strong Knowledge of Employment Type w2, Corp to Corp, 1099.

·         Hands on working with Job Portals and social media Platforms.

·         Must be a self-starter.
