Java / J2EE Lead	Bellevue, WA	TP	Customer's Engineering team is looking for a Software Engineer with a passion for maintaining ,debugging, deploying complex multi tier production systems. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have experience spanning RESTful services, sophisticated scripting, debugging across the full stack of web application development. But just as importantly, if you're used to asking questions and digging into interesting problems then you've got the personality we need. We want an engineer who has the willingness and talent for picking up new skills quickly, and who understands algorithms, patterns and scalability and can debug complex production issues. •Automate tasks related to resource management, server provisioning, orchestration of deployment and system monitoring. •Troubleshoot production issues in our toolset and provide rapid solutions or workarounds. •Provide documentation and training to users of the tools we create. •Build Monitoring tools for production envs to proactively find problems In addition to technical requirements, this role requires strong oral and written communication skills. You will be interacting with developers, QA analysts, project and release managers, business analysts, as well as operations and security engineers who are geographically spread across the U.S., Spain, the U.K., India and China. You will need to elicit feedback, gather requirements, train users, and provide detailed documentation for the tools you develop.	J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, RESTful, Python
