Build 135, Netbeans 7.0 RC1 and openJDK binary builds for Mac

Hi all,

For those running Java 7 we can recommend upgrading to the latest
binary build (b135 supplied by Oracle, or the latest OpenJDK build for
the Mac) and Netbeans 2.0 RC1.

Sadly Netbeans 7.0 Beta 2 does upgrade nicely to RC1, so you'll have
to uninstall the Beta and install RC1 instead.
