Why some dir absent?

I've tried the VM and run the two samples, it's gonna be really cool
guys!

However strange phenominons have I encountered also:
that is
some directories seem to be absent from the list that VM shows
they are
/BLUEKVM/CLASSES
all the directories that I created after the installing of
BLUEKVM(just a copying action in fact)

Did anyone else ever met such problems before?
Share yourselves and help me plz.
