SWT application in tomcat/jboss

Hello guys! I've been trying to do some stuff but I cannot solve my problem, I hope you guys can help me.

I want to basically run a SWT application using Java2Script in a tomcat or jboss server (I would prefer tomcat). Actually I follow the steps on this website

The problem is that inside eclipse I can make the application to work (I see it), but when I create the war files and deploy them in tomcat, I just see an empty website (no window as inside of eclipse). I think the problem is that tomcat cannot find the swt libraries or the j2s ones. Can anyone tell me how I can make a proper deployment in tomcat? Thanks!!
