installation problem

im trying to install for eclipse 3.5, but;

are there meant to be any features, the installation instructions say
yes, but they aren't in the archive i downloaded. (j2s-2.0.0-20100601-
eclipse-3.5.zip)

i did put the 4 plugin files into the plugin forlder but no luck,
tried "-clean' option also.

(Ubuntu 10.10 64bit eclipse 3.5.2 from repos.)

Hi. I tested the file you named with eclipse 3.5 (version Java EE IDE for Web Developers) on linux and everything worked OK.

I'm using a fresh eclipse version downloaded from eclipse.org and not the ones that come with the linux distro.

Just make sure that the two folders and two files prefixed with sf.net.j2s.* are inside "plugins" folder.

If you can, please provide us with more information, for example, the exact version of eclipse, eclipse error logs, and more details about what isn't working.

Some notes:

* I used eclipse j2ee but any eclipse version should work.
* there is not a "features" folder.
* there is no need for a -clean argument when restarting eclipse 3.5

i got the 3.6 j2ee 64bit edition, put the plugins in the folder and
bingo.
