JUG 2.0 patch for Java 6/Dynamic Native Lib unpacking

I've got a patch for JUG 2.0 that I'd like to contribute, however it
seems like some of the changes in the patch may be moot at this point
because you mention that you've begun work on implementing Java 6 MAC
address retrieval. The patch implements Java 6 MAC retrieval in
org/safehaus/uuid/NativeInterfaces.java using reflection so as to allow
the library to continue to be used in older versions of Java. It also
implements a mechanism that allows the native libraries to be packaged
as a ZIP file inside the jar and unpacked and used on the fly if need
be. I can attach a diff for build.xml if needed be as well.
