Just thought I'd let you know how I'm getting on with maven ...

I've got one of out modules converted over, all the directories have
been moved into the correct position for maven and I've worked out all
the dependencies, stuck the common ones in a parent pom and created a
couple of child poms for the various bits the old ant script used to
build.

I've got Hudson installed on my lappy and building the module (the
tests fail, but they failed under ant too).

Nearly there!
