Made some bugfixes/code cleanup

I've made a few small bugfixes to the code, mainly for handling malformed pst files that I stumbled on during my testing. The fixes are most likely generally useful though, as pst files get corrupted fairly easily. Two patch-like files attached; I'll also email Richard to see if he has time to integrate those into the trunk.

I've started the process of moving things over to github here: https://github.com/rjohnsondev/java-libpst

The reasons are basically:

1) After using git solidly for the past year attempting to use svn, even in the limited amount required to update this code, almost gave me an aneurysm.

2) Hopefully this will make it easier to get changes like these patches integrated by making use of github forking / pull requests, etc.

I've applied these patches to master on github, as well as the performance improvement in PSTTableBC as suggested here http://code.google.com/p/java-libpst/issues/detail?id=59&sort=-id

I'll be attempting to make some more time for the project over the next little while and address the questions / issues that have cropped up over the past few months.
