Desired Profile:


BENCH SALES: 4 posiitons

. 0-5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales. 
. Responsible for handling and placing all the Bench Consultants as quick as possible
. Understanding the consultant technologies and skill set by interacting with consultants on daily basis.
. Broadcast the Hotlist to list of the Clients & Prime Vendors / Implementers
. Search for matching requirements from vendors and from various Job boards like Dice, Monster,Corp-Corp, carrier builder, indeed, LinkedIn.
. Guide the consultant to update the resume as per the requirement and suggest learning the missing skills for his role.
. Educate the consultants how to manage with vendor calls, Visa status, ID Proofs....
. Submitting to the matching requirements.
. Responsible for rate negotiations for all the bench consultants.
. Getting updates from the vendors for Submittal Consultants till closure.
. Deep analyzation about the clients or vendors before approaching for cold calling.
. Scheduling the candidates for interviews & Handling the interviews.
. Marketing the W2 consultants by various routes.
. Keeping track of Submissions, Interviews and closure reports and forwarding the same to the management on daily/    weekly basis.
. Should be open for taking up any added responsibilities along with above."

Experienced in getting new account especially focus on TCS, Infosys, CTS, HCL, Capgemini etc....

Experienced in dealing on clients at CIO, CTO level and all the other stake holders.

Self-starter, positive can-do attitude and go getter ability to build a strong local presence.
