I have published the version 2.6.0 of JavaIDEdroid

You can get the APKs from Google Play.

Check the history (http://code.google.com/p/java-ide-droid/wiki/History) to see the changes made.

With this update the 'protected script mode' and incremental dexing has been added.
It is now also possible to run the free Java obfuscator yGuard with JavaIDEdroid (PRO only).
