Compatable problem with android 4.x

Hello , i was trying to compile with this app
the app is working at all versions but the problem of the output
if i'm using device with android 2.x , the output will work normally at any device with any android version.
but if i'm using device with android 4.x the output will never work at any device with any android version.
and when i was checking the apk not working i found that only meta data at it, when all steps done normally

please what is the solution for that ?

What version of JavaIDEdroid are you using?
PRO or free?
Please post your beanshell build script and the output.
