Is Java Email Server compatible with Linux?

Hi
I have to implement an Mail Server on Linux/Debian.
Is JES compatible with Linux? because I found the distribution in .zip
format.

Yes, JES will run just fine on Linux.

Yes, I'm running it on Debian.
