Kronos Test Consultant:

 

• 6+ years of Testing experience
• 3+ years of experience in in Kronos(Workforce Time Management) and it’s modules testing experience along with end to end integrated applications stack
• Experience in usage of MicroFocus Octane/MF ALM/Jira Test Management Tool
• Understand the testing effort by analysing the requirements of project.
• Requirement analysis and understanding
• Prepare test estimations
• Develop & execute test scenarios, test cases
• Experience in building tests of different phases – Functional, Integration, Regression
• Log defects and execute bug fixes testing
• Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization.
• Escalate the issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, Resources) to Project Manager /  Test Manager.
• Prepare daily test report and weekly test report for testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.
• Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
• Prepares / updates the metrics dashboard at the end of a phase or at the completion of project.
