- 10+ years of Oracle DBA, focused on multitenancy, PDB backups, restores, db upgrades from 19c to 23ai, applying PSU patches using OEM fleet management, Oracle OCI, DBAAS setup.
- 10+ Years of IT Experience as an Oracle DBA in a Linux environment Solid experience in Apex/ORDS administration and support (Preferably Apex 19 or higher and ORDS 19 or higher)
- 5+ Years of experience in Oracle OCI cloud, DBaaS, cloud shell scripting, automation etc.
- .Good understanding of linux Administration with respect to supporting oracle database and application servers(Weblogic/fusion middleware/OHS/reports servers)
- Hands on experience in shell scripting and job scheduling Created shell scripts to automate jobs.
- 5+ years working experience in setting up WebLogic 12.2.1.3/12.2.1.4/14.1.2, upgrade WebLogic and setup Oracle OHS OHS12213, OHS14120 on Linux
- Proven working experience in handling Production Oracle 19c environments including PL/SQL, OEM, RMAN, Data Guard
- Proven working experience in managing Oracle databases using multi-tenant architecture (CDB/PDB)/backup/restore
- Hands on experience setting up Oracle Apex 19 and above, Oracle ORDS 18 and above on WebLogic, interfacing with Oracle OHS to standup applications.
- Hands on experience performing database upgrade and applying quarterly PSU Patching for oracle database using OEM Provisioning Tool/fleet maintenance on OEM 13c
- Expertise with Loading data using sql* Loader / Data Pump utilities
- Expertise with Oracle performance tuning and rewriting sql's.
- Experience with database character set migration
- Experience with managing and upgrading Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c and higher
- Expertise in Oracle database performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Strong experience in Backup and Recovery of large databases from RMAN online backups
- Working knowledge of Tablespace Encryption and Oracle Advanced security tools
- Proficient with using SQL developer/ TOAD and Grid control tools and Designer experience. (desired)
- Solid Expertise in Configuring and managing Oracle Fusion Middleware, Web Tier, Apache, and Tomcat Servers
- Expertise in configuring mod pl/sql,ORDS and Apex Administration 5.0 or higher
- Experience with Restful Web Services
- Proven understanding of the Cloud environments OCI/AWS/Azure and have managed large scale environments in Cloud
- Hands on work experience in Oracle OCI, migrating applications from on-prem to OCI.
- Strong experience in building and managing Oracle Databases using AWS RDS
- Experience in AWS Cloud Technologies specifically RDS, EC2, ELB, S3 22.Amazon AWS certification preferred
- Solid Expertise in Oracle database reorg procedures

Role and Responsibilities:
-Participate in both technical and business analysis requirements gathering.
-Work within Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
-Participate in an agile development environment - write user stories and
acceptance criteria.
-Assist business product owners with communicating their requirements clearly
in order for the sprint team members to create an application or enhance
existing applications.
-Function as a resource between IT developers, sprint team members and the
business units; serve as a point of contact for advanced and technical issue
