Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Ab Initio Developer for a long-term engagement supporting internal initiatives at Sonata. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Ab Initio, along with working knowledge of Talend and Snowflake.

This role is critical to supporting ETL workflows, data transformation processes, and ongoing platform integration efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Ab Initio

·         Collaborate with data engineers and architects to integrate Talend and Snowflake environments

·         Optimize data pipelines and perform root cause analysis for issues in production

·         Support data migration and transformation initiatives

·         Document technical designs, processes, and solutions

Required Skills:

·         5+ years of experience with Ab Initio development

·         Strong understanding of Talend ETL tools and job orchestration

·         Working experience with Snowflake data warehousing

·         Solid knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred:

·         Experience with cloud-based data platforms

·         Familiarity with Agile methodologies
