Spring + POJOs + tomcat VS. JSF + JBoss

Hi,

Can someone elucidate more in details the difference in POJO vs. EJB technologies using JSF and JBoss application server? And what is the difference between enlighted containers like tomcat and full-fledged application server like JBoss? What can do the former and what do the latter?

Can we use Spring and JSF simultaniously wth tomcat or JBoss?

Where can we take the description of the core web frameworks for Java web development?
