Hi everyone!
I followed exactly the Struts 2 tutorials of Java Brains. However, I found out that Struts application does not work when offline. It would post error on console that struts.xml unable to load. But it runs fairly when my laptop is connected with Internet.
Please help me how to resolved this! I've been working so hard to find good solution to no avail.
