Job Description:

 

 The Sr. Performance Tester will be responsible for working with the client's Technical Services Manager to create, execute, and maintain a multi-application performance testing strategy.

• This includes defining testing scope, identifying test scenarios, establishing target metrics and baselines, developing test scripts, developing and maintaining test data, executing performance tests, and formulating and delivering a variety of reports to communicate performance testing status, issues, and deltas.
• It also involves coordinating performance testing and support resources across the enterprise in order to successfully measure performance across applications supported by multiple teams.
• This candidate will also educate team and entity resources on the testing tools/processes, and work with those resources to ensure the availability of test environments (or highlight and communicate risks where such environments are unavailable).
• This candidate will also implement and/or manage performance testing tools to support the approach.
