Currently we are looking for "Scrum Master" for our Fortune 100 Client.
Job Location: Southlake, Texas
Duration: 12 months
‘Must have’ skills:
· Drive to get things done, takes ownership, positive attitude
· Good understanding of software development methodologies, Agile and Scrum in particular
· Experience in project management or Scrum master role or similar
· Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills
· Excellent command of English, written and verbal.
‘Nice to have’ skills:
· Understanding of modern software development practices: continuous integration, continuous delivery, Lean methodologies
· Previous background in software development roles (one of project management, software developer, business analyst, QA)
· Professional Scrum Master Certificate
Responsibility
· Mentoring and coaching Scrum team to install Agile values and principles and lead by example
· Facilitating productivity by removing impediments that team will encounter, mediating through conflicts, helping team to make decisions and adhering to continues improvement principles
· Keeping Scrum process on track and passing it to the team as self-organization matures
· Coordinating across other agile teams for complex projects
· Organizes software development process within development team, in all phases: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing.
· Leveraging data to measuring & monitoring progress
Ideal candidate:
· Is capable of completing independently diverse/complex work with minimal direction, diverse interactions, and knowledge resource
· Is creative, innovative and motivated to continually learn about Agile and Scrum
· Has excellent communication skills, written and verbal, strong team player
· Has experience working with global teams
