No. Nobody else added anything else. Let's see if it is really needed, I think the email address is enough. Adding Mike to the loop to clarify this.

Nope, that's clear. When I wrote to somebody I asked them if they have the account and if not they should create one. If there are issues with any of them, just let us know.
