Another release of Praxis LIVE brings forth a new JAudioLibs release!

All the changes are related to JACK support, with performance
improvements by switching to JNA's direct-mapping, more robust port
connection (and auto-connect) support, and bug fixes for Windows.

Due to the recent release of JNA 3.4.0, which offers a serious
performance boost requested for this project, a further JAudioLibs
release that takes advantage of this change will be made available
when the first Praxis LIVE beta is released (scheduled for the end of
the year).
