In most cases, merchant packages are processed in this format. Therefore, if the customer has received a wrong product, it is most likely due to incorrect tagging during processing.
Kindly share the accused details. I will close this issue by tomorrow as per our SOP.
Therefore, we would appreciate it if you could grant us 2 more days to provide a final update.
However, we contacted the customer regarding this parcel, and the customer informed us that they did not receive any product.
Could you please explain how this was marked as a partial issue? The customer ordered 10 products, and the parcel also contained 10 products. We would appreciate it if you could clarify this situation.
+Md. Abid Hossain bhai please take note that this is not a wrong tag issue; it is a wrong product issue. Also, this merchant is the only one who ships this type of large parcel containing multiple products, so there was no possibility of a mix-up from our end.


I have also investigated this issue, and based on the findings, it appears to have originated from the merchant's end. There are no discrepancies in the product quantity or the packaging that indicate any issue on the RedX side.
Accordingly, if no update is founf, I will close this issue by EOD as per our policy.
