Dear concern,

Hope this email finds you well. This is to inform you that We received an area change parcel from Keraniganj Hub after confirming the delivery location we found that the area was covered by the Narayanganj Hub and because of the system update we can't attempt to area change the parcel again for that reason we contact the customer and informed the merchant that customer will receive this parcel on Sunday and sent the parcel to the Narayangaj Hub manually. After that Narayangaj Hub stated that they found customer unreachable several times and send back the parcel manually. We have to return this parcel cause its hitting our Hub Backlog.
