Dear concern,

Hope this email finds you well. This is to inform you that today our delivery agent encountered a forced exchange issue when delivering the parcel to the customer. The customer stated that the previous parcel of the merchant was not working. So the customer exchanged the parcel after communicating with the merchant. After that the customer forcefully returned the previous parcel by giving it to the delivery agent and didn't gave the COD amount 1000 taka to the delivery agent. The rider informed the merchant and Kam about this matter. The merchant already contacted the customer but didn't get any solution from them. We are holding this parcel at the panel for further instructions.
