when I try to export the results of a study, the "Files only" option is not available. And when I export data with the "Data only" option, I can't read the resulting text files. Is it possible to obtain the data in .csv format?

Hi,

what version of JATOS are you using? Older versions do not support file uploading from within study runs.

Thanks for your answer! We are using JATOS 3.8.2. Before that we were using version 3.3.6 and I remember (but maybe I'm mistaken) that we were able to export results in csv format.

Now we can only export in jrzip or text format, and indeed the "Files only" option is greyed out. Is it something linked to the configuration or permissions?
