In short, Jassandra will be tested with all future official release of Cassandra, also, new features for future Cassandra will be included in the Jassandra too.
Regarding the code contribution, patches are welcome.One can log the issue for the details of the changes proposed and submit the patches. This is mostly welcome.
Also, documentation change, sample code and blogging the usage of Jassandra will be also great.
