Is Jasper Image is Debian Based?

Jasper ALL IN ONE

is this image based on latest raspbian jessie?

So this is Complete All in one image for jasper right? and i just have to burn it and run jasper script..

The question is Is there any installation or config. after boot it into RPI3?

It is just an OS and the dependencies. So I can't answer that without knowing what you are doing. However, that being said. If you clone Jasper and populate the config as normal it will work out of the box if your audio is setup correctly.
