Installation of Jasper using img provided/ mopidy support

hello everyone. i'm pretty new to this tech so pardon me for this question. does the img provided already includes the OS? So i just need to image it then follow the instructions on the group? another question is does this support mopidy? Please help me !!! Thanks in advance !!
