Error at running offline jasper using pocketsphinx STT Engine:

Hi,

I am getting few errors at running Jasper on Raspberry Pi B+.

Please go through the attached screenshots.

 Ex:

• OSError: Can't find command 'phonetisaurus-g2p'! Please check if Phonetisaurus is installed and in your $PATH.
  
• Configure: errror: 888 A compiler with support for C++11 language features is required.
• Scanner Error: Mapping values are not allowed here.

If possible to solve the error please reply me as early as possible.
