Download matrix clustering

Hello!

I am trying to download the matrix clustering data for the CORE vertebrate collection. However, the downloaded directory only contains empty folders. Is there a recommended way to obtain the clustered matrices? I have also attempted to access them via the JASPAR2024 and JASPAR2022 R packages, but was unable to retrieve them there either.

Hi Paula.

Thanks for raising the issue. We have now fixed it on our dev server at https://ncmm.jaspar.uiocloud.no/ (to be used temporarily) and it will be pushed to our production server early January.

Hi Anthony. 

I have successfully downloaded the motif clustering data for vertebrates ("JASPAR_2026_matrix_clustering_vertebrates_archive.zip"). However, I am not able to find PWM files that correspond to consensus motifs that represent each cluster, the ones that are represented in the "familial profiles" section: https://ncmm.jaspar.uiocloud.no/matrix-clusters/vertebrates/familial-profiles. I only find PWM files for the individual motifs, and also for the root motifs of each cluster. Would it be possible that you also upload the PWMs of the consensus motifs of each cluster?
