Scanning TFs on promoter

Dear JASPAR Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am trying to use the “Scan DNA Sequences” tool on the JASPAR website to scan a promoter sequence for transcription factor binding sites. However, when I attempt to run the scan, I receive the following error message:

Please choose at least 1 item(s)

The screen  looks like this :

Thanks for your message. You must select at least one TF binding profile to run the scan on a FASTA sequence.
