I am writing to report a technical issue I encountered while using the JASPAR database today.
I received an "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error" message when I was trying to access the website. Specifically, it happened when I was searching for the "JUN" transcription factor binding profile and scanning for a sequence I interested in.
Could you please look into this issue? I rely on JASPAR for my current research and would appreciate it if the service could be restored soon.

Same here. I have been getting the HTTP 500 Internal Server Error since Dec 5th on both the "Add to cart" and "Scan" functions. Looking forward to a fix.
