Hi,

I would like to know is there any chance that I could have a look at the TF list of zebrafish (Danio Rerio) on this website, please? I have some RNA-seq data and would like to compare the change in TF. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi.

The TF binding profiles are provided at the taxonomic group level; the species information are provided only for the data type used to obtain the profiles. So, I think you should rely on the vertebrate TFs.
