Would it be possible to implement the LOLA function extractEnrichmentOverlaps as part of the JASPAR enrichment tool's workflow to generate a list of genomic regions and add that to the allEnrichments.tsv file generated by the enrichment tool to correspond with each discovered TFBS matrix in the input?
