Mouse TF motif points to human protein

Hi,

In some cases a mouse TF points to human protein instead of the orthologue mouse protein. I wonder if this is a typo or on purpose.

For instance, profile MA0002.2 for mouse Runx1 points to human RUNX1 (Q01196) rather then mouse Runx1 (Q03347).

Dear Yochay.

Thanks for pointing that out. The issue here comes from the fact that the first version of the profile was derived from human data but the updated versions were derived from mouse data. We should have updated the metadata accordingly but it looks like we forgot. Sorry about that. We will try to fix this in the future.
