Dear JASPAR community,
since i am totally new in the research of TFs, I would like to find help or ideally co-authors of our arising paper on juvenile pikeperch/Zander brain transcriptomics.

i did RNA-seq from whole-brain of an earlier planktivorous and a later piscivorous phase of the first year pikeperch ontogeny (from 2 years, altogether 12 individuals sequenced) - there are two sets of TFs, each significantly upregulated in the respective phase, they even potentially differ in the types of TFs between the phases (not all yet classified).

unfortunately, i dont know how to obtain the target genes (or their candidates) of these TFs and how to proceed further with the TFs, hence i would welcome any help or ideally a new co-author, who would help me with this part of manuscript. would there be anybody intererested here?

our first paper of this research was published recently https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39629900/  and i would like to focus the next one on TFs.
many thanks for considering joining our group
with kind regards from Budweis
