Gallus gallus Genome TFBS data

Hello,

I was wondering if the Gallus gallus genome tracks with the transcription factor binding sites are still available because I know they existed before, but I can not find them in the current datasets. Is there any way to download them so we have access to the old repositories?

Thanks for the note. We do not have gallus gallus predictions anymore, unfortunately. But we note your request and will try to provide that asap. In the meantime, you can create a track using our tool at https://github.com/wassermanlab/JASPAR-UCSC-tracks.
