Did a mm10 reference already exist for enrichment analysis?

Hello everyone,

I used the jaspar_enrichment tool to do enrichment and differential enrichment analysis on the mm39 reference from JASPAR 2026.

But our team want to do enrichment analysis with mm10 reference. Did this reference, exist somewhere (even older than JASPAR 2026), or did we must building it ourselevs with the snakemake pipeline jaspar_lola_db_creation (https://bitbucket.org/CBGR/jaspar_lola_db_creation/src/master/ ) ?

Hi William.

We don't provide predictions for mm10 because mm39 has been available since 2020. You could construct predictions for mm10, but maybe it would be better to liftOver your regions from mm10 to mm39.
