Regarding the name of the database

Hi, 

I was working on a write-up in which I reference the JASPAR database, but was unsure if 'JASPAR' is an acronym and if so what it was, so I could reference the full name of the database.

Hi Rahul,

JASPAR is not acronym, it is the database name. You can simply mention JASPAR database and cite the latest release paper https://doi.org/10.1093/nar/gkad1059.
