List of TFs gene name and protein name

Hi,

I wonder how to get the list of TFs gene name and/or protein name of human TFs JASPAR2022 database then can be sorting out these on my RNAseq and MS data?

I only see 1655 TFs list from http://bioinfo.life.hust.edu.cn/AnimalTFDB/#!/download but not the 2513 TFs from JASPAR2022

Hi Thang,

Thanks for your interest in JASPAR. The TF gene names are provided in the metadata, which can be queried using pyJASPAR or the other API.

I do not understand how you could get 2513 human TFs from JASPAR since we have 841 non-redundant PFMs for vertebrate TFs.
