Error when using profile inference

I have encountered a problem when trying to use the profile inference tool. After submitting my protein sequence I get this error message. When using pyJASPAR it works fine and I can get the information, but not from using the site. Do you know why this could be?

Thanks for the notification. Could you share the sequence you used as input so we can reproduce the error?
