Hi,
May I know what is the changes made in the latest JASPAR2022? It seem some of TF profiles under Fungi were removed. May I know when will the updated database be available in Bioconductor?

All the changes from JASPAR 2020 to JASPAR 2022 are listed here: https://jaspar.genereg.net/changelog/
Yes, we removed some fungi profiles because the motifs had low quality.
The Bioconductor package will be released soon, hopefully within a couple of weeks.
