If anyone is up for a real project, from the pictures and description (and location) it sounds like this may be a Jason, especially considering the description of the brewer bight.

Good Morning All
The vessel resembles my JASON design, exceot
for being described as having a transom hung rudder. And I have to ask, how does
a double ender come to have a transom? Strange!
