Running 'bundle' fails on 'ffi'

Hi,

I'm trying to build jasmine locally, and the 'bundle' instruction fails on installation of the ffi gem.
I'm on OSX Yosemite and below is the output I'm getting.

Any help appreciated.

Building native extensions.  This could take a while...
ERROR:  Error installing ffi:
    ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension.

checking for ffi.h... *** extconf.rb failed ***
Could not create Makefile due to some reason, probably lack of
necessary libraries and/or headers.  Check the mkmf.log file for more
details.  You may need configuration options.

Do you have all of the XCode tools installed? FFI is a native gem and requires all of the build tools.
